Job Title: Temporary Licensed Practical Nurse (T-LPN)
Facility: Country Village Center
Location: Lancaster, NH 03584
Region: Genesis – Northeast Region
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (30-minute break)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care including medication administration, treatments, and documentation.

• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to physicians and supervising RNs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Provide leadership and guidance to CNAs and support staff during the assigned shift.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and standards.

• Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and staff.
